▸单笔订单消费满RM1200或一年累积消费RM2000,即可升级黄金会员帐户,可获得4张RM350折RM10 voucher。
▸单笔订单消费满RM2000或一年累积消费RM3500,即可升级钻石会员帐户,可获得6张满RM350折RM10 voucher。
▸查询可登入会员至 会员中心 > 电子优惠券,即可看到可使用的折价券资讯。
2如何使用折价券?
结帐时只要消费金额满RM350即可在结帐页面点选电子优惠券使用。
3.为什么使用折价券后满额赠的赠品不见了?
满额赠的金额是依系统最后实际结帐金额为主,若使用折价券后未达满额金额,则无法领取满额赠品。

一、登入会员后,在官网消费即可获得购物金。
在结帐资讯页中,系统将自动计算本次交易可用的购物金,每笔订单回馈的购物金,将于该订单出货后并且通过鉴赏期、无退货时,自动存入您的会员帐号,您可至会员中心查询购物金累积点数。以上会员消费方式,以每张订单为计次,不含运费、金流手续费。

購物金使用原則
- 單筆消費購物金使用沒有折抵上限(無法折抵運費、金流手續費相關費用),每1點可折抵RM1,只要購物金足夠甚至可以0元購物!
- 只能在本網站購物時累積及使用,無法轉送其他會員,不能折換現金。
- 翰方御品保留修改上述兌換比率的權利而不另行通知,目前您所看見的是現在即時的兌換比率。
- 訂單若單筆退貨,購物金將會全數折抵於訂單內留下的商品。
如何使用購物金?
結帳時,點擊「抵用購物金」, 點擊後將彈跳出現可使用之購物金點數以及預計可折抵金額,請輸入本次欲使用的購物金點數,然後按下「抵用購物金」即可。

如何查詢購物金明細?

為了回饋各位會員對翰方御品的支持,推出了購物金回饋機制,凡加入會員後在官網消費即可累積購物金,抵用現金不設限, 而且「會員等級」越高,累點速度越快喔!
- 購物金使用期限:領用後的180天內需在本站使用完畢,若超過期限則失效。
- 會員需以同一帳號累積消費額獲取購物金,無法整併多個帳號。
- 購物金發放時間為收到商品後7天發送。
- 申請退貨後購物金將不補發。

● 订单成立后是否可以取消及修改?
【取消订单】
▸ 如送出订单后需取消订单,请主动联系官方Whats app客服,并提供订单编号与收件人姓名与联络电话,如逾期联系取消订单,仓库出货后则不提供取消订单服务,仍会寄送包裹,故收到到货时,则无须取货,但会有一次未取纪录。
【修改订单】
▸ 订单成立后即无法修改订单内容,若要并单或新增 / 删除 / 更改商品、数量、付款方式或超商配送门市,需联系客服人员取消订单后,再重新做订购哦。

Return and Exchange Instructions
Return requests will only be accepted if the product itself is defective or has been damaged during shipping. Non-product defects will not be accepted as grounds for return or exchange. Please consider carefully before placing an order, and if you have any questions, please ask us! Once the product deteriorates due to unpacking, label removal, improper use, or poor storage, we will not be able to process your return or exchange application. Please understand.
The packaging of the goods is damaged during shipping.
The product is obviously defective or damaged when unboxing.

Q. What should I pay attention to when processing returns?
