Return and Exchange Instructions
Return requests will only be accepted if the product itself is defective or has been damaged during shipping. Non-product defects will not be accepted as grounds for return or exchange. The packaging of the goods is damaged during shipping. The product is obviously defective or damaged when unboxing. The product received does not match the order.
Please take a photo immediately to keep the certificate, provide the following information, and contact customer service within the 2-day appreciation period. Customer service staff will assist you in arranging returns and exchanges.

If the above photos 1, 2, and 3 cannot be provided within the specified time, the return process will not be completed.
